In the
present world , where knowledgeable Nobel Laureates like Amartya Sen openly declare that perfect justice is
impossible, where is the hope and what is the level of
misguidance? But the truth is that perfect justice is
impossible, only in the vision of a few people.
Absolute justice is possible if the
concept of the Justice Theory is understood and the Ten
Amendments implemented.
The book
"Justice Theory and the Ten
Amendments" is a philosophical treatise which explains in
simple logic, the concepts of justice unlike any treatise
before it. It clearly explains what the present day
judicial evils are and how it can be rectified. This simple
black book of justice with just about 2000 words,
comprehensibly covers all the problems of the
legal system and its rectification and has taken 25 years of
thought and debate for its present form.
Thomas Easaw is on a one-man campaign
for peace and justice for mankind and he is alone. But with a cause like
this for how long can he be?
He had written to the Law Secretary
and the Chairman, Law Commission of India with copies to the
President, the Prime Minister, The Union Minister of Law &
Justice and the Chief Justice of India. The Law Commission and
the Union Minister of Law and Justice have replied thanking
and acknowledging his amendments.
At this point of time in history,
when the Union Law & Justice Minister has declared that
comprehensive change will be brought about in the judiciary
and with the whole country looking forward to
it, Thomas Easaw is on this campaign to get the Ten
Amendments implemented, if possible.
